My order is not in the list of orders I can return. What should I do?

Unfortunately, our system can't make any exchanges, only returns and refunds. However, you are more than welcome to return the item you don't wish to keep for a full refund and then place a new order for the item that you want instead.
When will I get my money back?

I have received the wrong product. What can I do?
Emma Relief will immediately process the replacement if you receive the incorrect product. Please contact us within 90 days from the initial purchase date and be ready to provide a photo of the incorrect product received.
The product I received is damaged or faulty. What can I do?
We will surely replace the damaged items free of charge. Please send us a photo of the damaged item and its packaging so we can assist you with the replacement.
