• The tracking update says delivered, but I did not receive it.

    We suggest reaching out to your nearby family members or neighbors to see if they may have received the package before we start an investigation.  It's possible that the package was left with someone reliable or at a nearby location. It's always a good idea to check with people in your area.  

    In case you have already checked with them and haven't been able to find the package, we suggest you contact the package carrier, DHL, responsible for delivering your package. They can furnish you with information on the delivery status and help you in locating the package.

    The shipping fee varies by location. You may add your items to cart and input your shipping address to get the estimated cost.

    Typically, orders within the U.S. are processed and shipped within 3-8 business days from your order date.
